All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges are permitted for merchandise that is unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags intact. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery.
To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us with their order details. Upon approval, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within five (5) days of delivery. Items must remain unused and unwashed. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
The Sorella Circle reserves the right to deny any exchange request if the merchandise shows signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.
